At Kilaads Store, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt is required to complete the return process.
Please contact our customer support team at support@kilaads.store before sending any items back. We will provide instructions and a return address to ensure proper handling.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including items that are personalized, clearance or final sale, and those that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and either send a replacement, issue a full refund, or offer an alternative solution based on the nature of the defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@kilaads.store.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the item you prefer.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
