At Kilaads Store, we are dedicated to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase has been successfully placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. In some cases, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Any additional shipping options or expedited delivery services will be made available at checkout for an added cost.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Missed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the parcel, you may be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Modifications After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the shipment. Please contact us promptly for any changes before your order is processed and dispatched.
